If you just start or already manage an innovation project, this site offers you useful information for understanding the nature of your project and tips for managing it more effectively. Many of the insights presented in this site come from research that professor Serghei Floricel of the Department of Management and Technology at ESG UQAM and his collaborators have conducted on the management of innovation activities and projects in various industries as well as on the strategic management of complex projects.
